Hardship
34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? Romans 8:34-35
We all face hardship in life, it is just a part of being in this world with the enemy who is around every corner. How do you deal with hardship? Do you take it on all by yourself, or do you take a different path knowing that God can intercede for us? I find those people very interesting who take every hardship as a way to play the blame game of who else is responsible for the trouble they are going through. Maybe it is the lens that people look through that is skewed and if more people looked through the lens of Christ, they would see that this hardship is only a moment in time and it will pass. Also, if you look at the hardship as a part of life that is able to be conquered by the strength of the One who died for us, then maybe our hardship wouldn't look so hard.
Have a great weekend.
Matt
